Quark-Muffins

These tender, protein-rich muffins are a delightful treat. The quark (curd cheese) ensures they are wonderfully moist and have a delicate, satisfying crumb.

Ingredients

  • 450 g quark (curd cheese)

  • 1 packet (approx. 40 g) vanilla pudding powder

  • 200 g all-purpose flour

  • 150 g sugar

  • 1 packet (approx. 2 tsp) baking powder

  • 2 large eggs

  • 100 ml milk

  • 100 g butter, melted and slightly cooled
