| Olive oil or butter | 2 tbsp |
| Chicken broth or water | ½ cup |
| Dijon mustard | 3 tbsp |
| Whole-grain mustard (optional) | 2 tbsp |
| Honey | ¼ cup |
| Garlic, minced | 2 cloves |
| Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice | 1 tbsp |
| Paprika | ½ tsp |
| Salt | ½ tsp |
| Black pepper | ½ tsp |
| Fresh parsley (optional garnish) | As desired |
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prep the Pork Chops
- Pat chops dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Sear to Perfection
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Stir in Dijon, whole-grain mustard, honey, broth, and vinegar.
- Whisk and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
