Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the cake batter
Preheat the oven Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch bundt pan.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, beat together the butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream until smooth.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in the chopped apples.
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.
Step 2: Bake the Cake
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
