Ingredients
for the Potatoes:
3 large potatoes, cubed
Olive oil, as needed
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley — to taste
For the Steak:
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Instructions
Wash and Cut Potatoes: Rinse the potatoes well and cut them into even cubes.
Season Potatoes: Toss cubes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
Air Fry Potatoes: Cook at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking halfway for even crisping.
Prep Steak Bites: Cut steak into 1-inch cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Kinder’s seasoning.
Air Fry Steak: After removing potatoes, cook steak bites at 400°F for about 7 minutes.
Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter, stir in minced garlic and parsley.
Serve: Drizzle garlic butter over steak bites and serve over crispy potatoes.
