Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of cheddar soup (or cream of chicken)

  • 1 cup corn kernels (frozen, or canned and drained)

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Optional Garnishes:

  • Sliced green onions, fresh parsley, or jalapeño slices
