Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf

A delicious twist on two classics! This meatloaf is packed with savory sautéed peppers and onions and features a gooey, cheesy provolone center.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, or a beef/pork mix)

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 large egg

  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 6 slices provolone cheese

  • Olive oil, for sautéing

  • Nonstick cooking spray
