Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 ½ cups cold whole milk

  • 15 Oreo cookies, finely crushed into crumbs

  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed

  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Edible pearls or rainbow sprinkles, for garnish
