- Preheat & Prep Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a loaf pan.
- Hydrate Egg Whites Whisk powdered egg whites with water until soft peaks form.
- Blend in Cottage Cheese Add cottage cheese and mix until smooth and uniform.
- Bake Pour batter into pan, smooth the top, and bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool & Slice Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
