Preparation & How to Use:
Pour the water into a pot and bring it to a boil.
Let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes.
After cooking, remove from heat and allow it to cool.
Transfer the mixture to a glass jar with a lid and store in the fridge.
How to Consume:
Take one tablespoon on an empty stomach each morning. This should be enough to gently cleanse your colon and help get things moving.
