👩🍳 Instructions
- Coat the Chicken Toss sliced chicken with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Brown the Chicken Heat oil in a skillet over medium. Sear chicken 3–5 minutes until lightly browned. Transfer to slow cooker.
- Mix the Sauce In a bowl, stir together broth, black bean sauce, vinegar, hoisin, sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Slow Cook Pour sauce over chicken. Cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
- Serve & Garnish Spoon over steamed rice. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
