Ā In a medium bowl, toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until well-coated.
Ā Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and sear for 6ā8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
 In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
