Southern Fried Tuna Patties
Instructions:

Shape the mixture into four evenly-sized patties.

Heat about 1 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot and shimmering (a breadcrumb dropped in should sizzle), carefully add the patties.

Fry for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

Transfer the patties to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. Serve warm.
