👩🍳 Instructions
- Prep the Mixture Flake salmon in a bowl. Add onion, flour, cornmeal, egg, mayo, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
 
- Form Patties Shape into burger-sized patties. You should get about 4.
 
- Fry Heat 1 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties until golden brown on both sides, about 3–4 minutes per side.
 
- Drain & Serve Transfer to paper towels to drain. Serve hot with tartar sauce, hot sauce, or a side of greens.
 
🍽 Tips & Variations
- Add chopped parsley or a dash of hot sauce to the mix for extra flavor.
 
- Use panko instead of cornmeal for a lighter crunch.
 
- Serve with coleslaw, mashed potatoes, or cornbread for a full Southern spread.
