  1. Prep the Mixture Flake salmon in a bowl. Add onion, flour, cornmeal, egg, mayo, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form Patties Shape into burger-sized patties. You should get about 4.
  3. Fry Heat 1 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties until golden brown on both sides, about 3–4 minutes per side.
  4. Drain & Serve Transfer to paper towels to drain. Serve hot with tartar sauce, hot sauce, or a side of greens.
