Cook the Scotch Eggs:
Heat plenty of oil in a deep skillet or deep fat fryer until it reaches a temperature of about 170-180°C.
Fry the Scotch Eggs in hot oil, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
Once cooked, drain and place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Serving:
Scotch Eggs can be served warm or at room temperature.
You can garnish with a little chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
