Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Krispies, crushed pretzels, and peanuts.

  3. Melt the Chocolate: Place the white chocolate chips in a medium, microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue heating in 15-20 second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is completely smooth and melted.

  4. Combine: Pour the melted white chocolate over the dry ingredients. Using a spatula, gently fold and stir until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Form the Bark: Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it into a single, even layer, pressing down gently.

  6. Set: Allow the bark to sit at room temperature until the chocolate is completely firm. For faster setting, you can place it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

  7. Serve: Once fully set, break the bark into bite-sized pieces. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
