Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

  • Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prep the Bread

  • Cut loaf in a crosshatch pattern, leaving the bottom intact.
  • Place on baking sheet.

3. Add the Fillings

  • Spoon pizza sauce into the cuts.
  • Stuff with mozzarella and pepperoni slices.

4. Make the Garlic Butter

  • Mix melted butter with Parmesan, oregano, basil, and garlic powder.
  • Drizzle generously over the bread.

5. Bake to Perfection

  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

6. Serve Hot

  • Garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Pull apart and enjoy — no utensils required.
