Orange Push Pop Pudding

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O: In a large bowl, whisk the orange Jell-O with boiling water for 2 minutes, until completely dissolved. Stir in the cold water.

  2. Chill: Place the bowl in the refrigerator for exactly 12 minutes. It should be slightly thickened but not set.

  3. Add Pudding: Remove the bowl from the fridge. Whisk in the instant vanilla pudding mix until the mixture is completely smooth and free of lumps.

  4. Chill Again: Return the bowl to the refrigerator for 15 minutes to thicken further.

  5. Fold in Topping: Using a spatula, gently fold the thawed whipped topping and orange zest into the pudding mixture until well combined and no white streaks remain.

  6. Set: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.

  7. Serve: Scoop into bowls or cups. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a fresh orange slice.
