👩‍🍳 How to Make It

1️⃣ Prep Oven & Dish

  • Preheat to 375°F (190°C)
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish

2️⃣ Make Meatloaf Mixture

  • Mix beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire, thyme, salt, pepper
  • Combine well

3️⃣ Layer & Assemble

  • Place half the potatoes in dish
  • Shape meat into a loaf, place on potatoes
  • Cover with remaining potato slices

4️⃣ Bake

  • Cover with foil and bake for 45 mins
  • Remove foil, top with cheese, bake another 10–15 mins until golden and bubbly

5️⃣ Serve

  • Cool slightly, garnish with parsley
  • Slice and serve warm
