An effortless, flavor-packed weeknight dinner. Tender, spice-rubbed steak and colorful bell peppers roast together on one pan for a meal that’s simple to make and even easier to clean up.

Ingredients

For the Fajita Mix:

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 large onion, sliced

For the Spice Blend:

  • 1 tbsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

For Serving:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • Warm flour or corn tortillas
