👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat Oven Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook Pasta Boil spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Make Meat Sauce Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix Cheese Layer In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
- Layer the Casserole
- Spread melted butter in bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- Add half the noodles.
- Spread cheese mixture over noodles.
- Add remaining noodles.
- Pour meat sauce over top.
- Bake Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bake another 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.

- Add shredded mozzarella or provolone for extra gooeyness.
- Use Italian sausage instead of ground beef for a spicier kick.
- Stir in chopped spinach or mushrooms for added veggies.
- Make ahead and refrigerate overnight for deeper flavor.
