MEAT AND POTATO CASSEROLE

  1. Preheat Oven Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Beef & Onion Brown ground beef with chopped onion in a skillet. Drain excess grease.
  3. Make Sauce In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, cream, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer the Casserole
    • Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
    • Layer half the potatoes.
    • Add ⅓ of the sauce, then half the meat.
    • Repeat with remaining potatoes, another ⅓ of sauce, and remaining meat.
    • Top with final ⅓ of sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes. Let rest briefly before serving.

  • Add chopped carrots or celery for extra veggies.
