Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded Jarlsberg cheese, mayonnaise, milk, red onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

  4. Just before serving, sprinkle with a pinch of paprika for color.
