Instructions

  1. Combine the jam, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and Dijon mustard in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid.

  2. Season generously with salt and pepper.

  3. Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously for 1-2 minutes, until the ingredients are fully emulsified and the dressing has lightened in color.

  4. Use immediately on your favorite salad. Any leftover dressing can be refrigerated for up to one week. Shake well again before serving.
