Instructions

Combine Seasonings: In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning, Italian seasoning, brown gravy mix, and water until smooth.

Assemble in Slow Cooker: Place the seasoned roast in the slow cooker. If using, arrange the potatoes, carrots, and onions around it.

Add Sauce & Cook: Pour the seasoning sauce evenly over the roast and vegetables. Cover with the lid.

Cook on High for 4-5 hours.

Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.

Check for Doneness: The roast is done when it is extremely tender and shreds easily with a fork. The vegetables should be soft.

Serve: Serve the roast and vegetables hot, spooning the delicious gravy from the pot over everything. Excellent with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
