  2. Brown Beef Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan. Cook beef 5–6 minutes until browned. Drain fat and set aside.
  3. SautĂ© Veggies Add remaining oil. Stir-fry onion, garlic, carrots, cabbage, and bell pepper for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Make Sauce Whisk soy, oyster, hoisin, sesame oil, sugar, broth, pepper, and cornstarch until smooth.
  5. Combine & Toss Return beef to pan. Add noodles and sauce. Toss 2–3 minutes until glossy. Fold in most green onions.
  6. Finish & Serve Adjust seasoning. Garnish with remaining green onions. Serve hot.
