1. Preheat the Grill

  • Heat to 375–400°F (medium-high).

2. Season the Patties

  • In a large bowl, gently combine sirloin and chuck.
  • Form into 6 patties, about 4 inches wide.
  • Sprinkle seasoning mix on both sides.

3. Grill the Burgers

  • Flip, top with cheese, and cover.
