Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Sauté aromatics – Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet, cook onions & garlic until fragrant.
 - Season & Brown Chicken – Season chicken with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and paprika. Cook 5 minutes per side until browned.
 - Add Broth & Bake – Pour chicken broth over chicken, cover skillet with foil or lid, and bake for 25–30 minutes.
 - Rest & Serve – Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
