Instructions

 - Blend dry ingredients – Pulse oats in a food processor until fine flour forms. Mix in baking powder, salt, and chia seeds.
 - Add wet ingredients – Stir in yogurt and eggs until dough forms. Add water if too dry.
 - Shape bread – Divide into 4–6 portions, form into round or oval buns.
 - Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and firm to the touch.
