Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Old-Fashioned Mustard and Melting Onions
Ingredients for six people
A pork tenderloin, about 1 kilo
Two tablespoons of Dijon mustard
Four cloves of finely chopped onions
Two tablespoons of olive oil
Two dishes with optional liquid honey soup
Four medium onions, sliced
Twenty centilitres of chicken stock
Two sprigs of fresh thyme
Two bay leaves
