“It is therefore appropriate to consider that Mrs. Aïcha, who could not have been unaware of the transactions taking place at her home and by her son, has repeatedly and seriously failed in her obligation to enjoy the property peacefully,” the authorities stated. Following these complaints, police officers went to Aïcha’s home to evict her.
