- Brown the Beef In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add onions and peppers; cook until tender.
- Transfer to Crockpot Add meat mixture to a 6-quart slow cooker. Stir in garlic, seasonings, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Slow Cook Cover and cook on high for 3½ hours.
- Add Pasta & Peas Cook macaroni separately 1 hour before serving. Stir cooked pasta and frozen peas into the crockpot 30 minutes before serving. Cover and let sit.
- Serve Garnish with fresh parsley or shredded cheese if desired. Serve hot.
