  1. Brown the Beef In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add onions and peppers; cook until tender.
  2. Transfer to Crockpot Add meat mixture to a 6-quart slow cooker. Stir in garlic, seasonings, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
  3. Slow Cook Cover and cook on high for 3½ hours.
  4. Add Pasta & Peas Cook macaroni separately 1 hour before serving. Stir cooked pasta and frozen peas into the crockpot 30 minutes before serving. Cover and let sit.
  5. Serve Garnish with fresh parsley or shredded cheese if desired. Serve hot.
