- Preheat Oven Set to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9Ă13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the Beef Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Mix the Sauce In a bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and ½ cup cheddar. Stir until smooth.
- Assemble Layers
- Spread hash browns in baking dish
- Top with beef mixture
- Pour creamy sauce over evenly
- Top with Cheese Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheddar on top.
- Bake Bake 25â30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
