In December 2019, a new virus originating in China quickly spread around the world, worrying all the highest authorities, including the World Health Organization (WHO). A highly contagious infectious disease called Covid-19 emerged, as well as an unprecedented pandemic.

The first cases diagnosed in France (2/10)

In France, the first cases were diagnosed at the end of January 2020 and the first deaths caused by this new virus were recorded around twenty days later.
