Clove Anti-Wrinkle Gel: Better Than Botox

How to incorporate clove gel into your routine?
Nothing could be simpler: after thoroughly cleansing your face, apply a thin layer of clove gel to the affected areas: around the eyes, forehead, and around the mouth. A light circular massage with your fingertips promotes absorption. It’s best to apply it in the evening so your skin can benefit from it overnight.

For best results, consistency is key: apply morning and evening if your skin tolerates it well, or alternate if not. And as always with essential oils, it’s best to do a skin patch test before starting.

Want to try it yourself? Here’s a simple recipe you can make at home:

1/2 teaspoon (about 2 or 3 drops) of clove essential oil (always diluted in a gentle carrier oil such as coconut or jojoba)
1 tablespoon (about 15 g) of aloe vera gel
1 teaspoon (about 7 g) of honey
A few drops of vitamin E (optional)
Mix together, apply to the face, avoiding the eye area, leave on for about 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Your skin will be soft, hydrated, and visibly refreshed.
