6 green chile peppers (e.g., Anaheim or Pueblo), chopped

1 quart (4 cups) distilled white vinegar

2 cups sugar 
- 
½ cup prepared horseradish 
- 
1 tbsp ground cinnamon 
- 
1 tbsp ground allspice
