- Cook Pasta Boil penne in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown Beef Heat oil in a skillet. Cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat.
- Add Flavor Stir in onion and garlic; cook 2–3 minutes. Add tomatoes, seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
- Mix Pasta Add cooked penne to the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Melt Cheese Sprinkle cheese over pasta. Cover and cook on low 2–3 minutes until melted.
- Serve Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot with salad or garlic bread.
