  1. Cook Pasta Boil penne in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown Beef Heat oil in a skillet. Cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat.
  3. Add Flavor Stir in onion and garlic; cook 2–3 minutes. Add tomatoes, seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
  4. Mix Pasta Add cooked penne to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  5. Melt Cheese Sprinkle cheese over pasta. Cover and cook on low 2–3 minutes until melted.
  6. Serve Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot with salad or garlic bread.
