Captain Rodney’s Cheese Dip

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. Switch to a spatula and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, half of the crumbled bacon, and 1/4 cup of the Boucan Glaze. Mix until everything is well combined.

  4. Transfer the cheese mixture to a pie plate or small baking dish and spread it into an even layer.

  5. Sprinkle the crushed crackers evenly over the top.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the topping is lightly golden.

  7. Remove from the oven and immediately top with the remaining bacon and an additional drizzle of the remaining 1/4 cup Boucan Glaze. Serve warm.
