1. Make the Cajun Honey Butter:
-
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, black pepper, crushed red pepper, and salt. Mix well.
 -
In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer for 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
 -
Add honey and 1 tbsp of the Cajun seasoning mixture (reserve the rest for future use). Blend until smooth. Set aside.

2. Prepare the Salmon:
-
Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
 -
Rub them lightly with oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Cook the Salmon:
-
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
 -
Place salmon fillets skin-side down (if skin is on) and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until opaque and slightly crispy.

4. Add the Cajun Honey Butter:
-
Once cooked, turn off the heat.
 -
Let it melt for about 30 seconds, then spread evenly with the back of a spoon.
 -
Flip and repeat on the other side for extra flavor.

5. Serve & Enjoy!
-
Serve immediately while warm, optionally with a side of vegetables, rice, or salad.

Note: Store leftover Cajun seasoning in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
