Big Mac French Toast

Instructions

1. Cook the Beef Patties:
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into two thin patties, slightly larger than your bread slices. Cook in a frying pan over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

2. Prepare the Toppings:

  • Onions: Add the olive oil to the same pan. Add the sliced onions and cook over medium heat until softened and translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  • Bacon: In the same pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel. Set aside.

3. Make the French Toast:

  • In a shallow bowl or dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy whipping cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  • Heat a clean skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.

  • Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for 15-20 seconds per side.

  • Place the coated bread in the hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

4. Assemble the Sandwiches:

  • On one slice of the cooked French toast, spread a layer of Big Mac sauce (if using).

  • Top the sauce with a beef patty, a portion of the cooked onions, two slices of bacon, and a slice of American cheese.

  • Place a second slice of French toast on top to complete the sandwich.

  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make the second sandwich.

5. Serve and Enjoy!
Serve immediately while warm and the cheese is melty. Enjoy your decadent Big Mac French Toast!
