1. Make the Dough
- Boil water in a skillet. Add mayo and stir until smooth.
 - Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
 - Transfer to a bowl and let cool completely.
 
- Mash boiled potatoes with salt and butter.
 - Stir in mozzarella until evenly mixed.
 
3. Shape & Stuff
- Divide cooled dough into 16 pieces.
 - Flatten each piece into a disc.
 - Add 1 tsp filling to the center, fold and seal into a ball.
 
4. Fry
- Heat oil over medium-high.
 - Fry balls until golden and crispy, 2â3 minutes per side.
 - Drain on paper towels.
 
5. Serve Hot
- Plate and serve warm with your favorite dip.

- Keep the dough covered while cooling to prevent drying.
 - Donât overfillâjust a teaspoon of filling keeps them sealed.
 - For extra flavor, add herbs or chili flakes to the potato mix.
