A month before my stroke, my body began to warn me. These were the first symptoms.
Fortunately, I finally responded.
unusual and persistent headache,
sudden visual disturbances,
unexplained local weakness,
strange memory loss,
unstable blood pressure.
Don’t put it off. Seek medical attention. Order tests. Listen. This isn’t panic, it’s responsibility.
If someone you know shows these signs, encourage them not to ignore them.
