Fortunately, I finally responded.

I contacted a doctor. After a scan (CT scan, angiography, and vascular examination), I was diagnosed with a microstroke. My brain was already suffering, albeit silently. I immediately began treatment, changed my lifestyle, and began exercising regularly. What to Remember
A stroke doesn’t always happen suddenly. There may be warning signs, sometimes very subtle. Be careful if you suffer from:

unusual and persistent headache,
sudden visual disturbances,
unexplained local weakness,
strange memory loss,
unstable blood pressure.
Don’t put it off. Seek medical attention. Order tests. Listen. This isn’t panic, it’s responsibility.

If someone you know shows these signs, encourage them not to ignore them.
