Ingredients
For the Salad:
- 1 lb (450 g) cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chilled
 - 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced (peeled if preferred)
 - ½ small red onion, very thinly sliced
 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
 
For the Creamy Dressing:
- ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
 - 1 clove garlic, minced
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
