Scotch Eggs

Ingredients:
6 eggs
500g pork sausage (skinless)
200g breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons flour
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Preparation:
Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water.
Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 7-8 minutes until hard-boiled.
Drain the eggs and immediately plunge them into cold water to stop the cooking.
Once cooled, carefully peel the eggs.
