- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 2½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 1⅓ cup milk
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup biscuit or baking mix
- ¾ tsp rubbed sage
- ¼ tsp black pepper
