Mexicorn and Rotel Dip

This crowd-pleasing dip is the perfect blend of sweet corn, zesty tomatoes, and creamy, cheesy goodness. It’s incredibly easy to make and always a hit at parties!

  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (mild or spicy)

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • spring onions (green onions), finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup sour cream
