1 can (10 oz) Rotel Original diced tomatoes & green chilies

1 can (8 oz) Rotel Zesty tomato & green chili sauce (or tomato sauce)

1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies (optional)

¾ cup water, plus more as needed
