These irresistible no-bake treats are the perfect blend of creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate. They’re easy to make and fun to customize with your favorite mix-ins!

Ingredients

For the Peanut Butter Balls:

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 3 cups powdered sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal (optional, for crunch)

For Coating & Decoration:

 

 

  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)

  • Optional: Flaky sea salt, sprinkles, or chopped nuts for topping

Optional Mix-Ins (choose one or two):

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or peanut butter chips

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (peanuts, almonds, walnuts)

  • 1/2 cup mini M&Ms

  • 1/3 cup flaked coconut

  • 1 tablespoon honey
