When is the Full Moon?
Let’s go back to the basics. The Moon has a cycle that spans about 28 days. During this period, the star will give the impression of disappearing in the sky, then it will grow, taking the shape of a quarter, a crescent, and then a complete circle. This is where the Full Moon appears, about a fortnight after the beginning of the lunation. To find out the dates of this unique event, it is best to refer to a lunar calendar. Generally, they are indicated by a white circle. Once this lunar phase is over, the Moon will gradually decrease and disappear once again. This will be a sign that the lunation is over and that a new cycle is about to begin.
