Instructions:

Sauté the garlic:
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes, until fragrant (but not browned). -
Add liquid and pasta:
Pour in broth and milk. Bring to a gentle simmer. Add uncooked pasta and stir. -
Stir in cheese and season:
Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan, and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with parsley on top — if your hands aren’t shaking from all the unexpected excitement.
